About me

Hey, glad you asked!

Hi, I'm Payal Sinha – a Senior Systems Engineer at Stibo Systems. And with a keen interest in Product Manager based in Bengaluru, with a passion for transforming complexity into clarity.

With over 7 years of experience spanning database engineering, cloud technologies, and product management, I've built my career at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic thinking. From my early days as an Associate Software Engineer to my current role at Stibo Systems, I've consistently delivered solutions that drive operational efficiency, optimize resources, and enhance customer satisfaction.

My journey has taken me through diverse domains – from streamlining supply chain logistics to implementing enterprise-wide process improvements. I thrive in fast-paced, complex environments where data-informed decisions meet people-first leadership. Whether I'm managing cross-functional teams, developing KPIs, or leading organizational transformation initiatives, I bring a holistic approach that balances technical rigor with business impact.

What I Bring to the Table:

  • Strategic planning and execution with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Cassandra, and cloud infrastructure
  • Product management skills honed through rigorous training and real-world application
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change management

Beyond the code and systems, I'm a lifelong learner – from completing my Product Management Fellowship at NextLeap to earning Azure certifications. I believe in staying curious, whether that's exploring new data science techniques or engaging with the tech community through events like The Fifth Elephant.

When I'm not architecting solutions or managing products, you'll find me sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and contributing to the broader tech ecosystem.

Let's connect – I'm always excited to collaborate on projects that challenge conventions and create meaningful impact.
